Itinerary Description By Day

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport

• Pick up from the airport upon arrival and transfer to the booked hotel
• Delivery of a short safari briefing by the guide
• Checkin for dinner and overnight stay

Day 2: Transfer To Serengeti National Park

• Leave for Serengeti from Arusha in the morning for about 6-7 hours drive
• Arrive in the afternoon and have lunch in one of the park’s picnic sites
• Go for an afternoon game drive while exploring the vast Serengeti plains filled with a variety of flora and fauna
• Transfer to the booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay

Day 3: Serengeti Migration Full Day Game Drive

• Have breakfast and leave the hotel with packed lunch for a day’s game drive
• Game view in the central Serengeti to witness annual “Great Migration” where thousands of wildebeests, zebras and antelopes migrate in search of fresh pastures and water
• This natural event is such a breathtaking view which creates lifetime memories
• Break for lunch and proceed with game drive till late afternoon
• Drive back to the hotel for dinner and sleep

Day 4: Half Day Game Drive and Transfer To Ngorongoro

• Have breakfast and checkout the hotel for a half day game drive in Serengeti
• Game view in the park to spot Big cats, wildebeests, elephants, giraffes, bufallos, zebras, antelopes
• Get a chance to come across a variety of bird species
• Break for lunch at a picnic site
• Proceed with the transfer to Ngorongoro in the booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay

Day 5: Full Day Game Drive In Ngorongoro Crater

• Leave the hotel and start descending down the Ngorongoro crater, the largest unbroken caldera in the world
• Game drive at the crater to spot Big five, giraffes, zebras, elands, hyenas, orynx
• Come across variety of bird species including ostrich, ducks and flamingos spresd across the crater lake
• Break for lunch at the crater rim
• Proceed with game drive till late afternoon
• Ascend out of the crater rim and return to the hotel for overnight stay

Day 6: Transfer To Arusha via Lake Natron

• After breakfast, start ascending out of the crater and walk towards lake Natron
• Take a walk along the lake while admiring its beautiful alkaline nature. You may be able to see eggs laid by flamingos
• Have a picnic lunch and start heading back to Arusha
