Itinerary Description

Day 1 Arrival At Julius Nyerere Internatinal Airport Dar Es Salaam

• Arrive at any moment at the airport in Tanzania, Julius Nyerere
• At the airport, you will find our representative who will pick you up for a private transfer to your hotel or resort in Dar es Salaam.
• The pre-safari briefing and equipment inspection will take place in the evening.
• Dinner and an overnight stay in Dar es Salaam at your favorite hotel or lodge.

Day 2: Transfer To Mikumi National Park

• Pick up by our driver/guide from Dar es Salaam and transfer to Mikumi
• Drive to Mikumi National Park with a packed lunch for a game drive
• Take a lunch break in the afternoon.
• After lunch, continue game viewing in the park to witness a variety of wild animals there until dusk.
• We’ll be staying in the Mikumi hotel/lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive In Mikumi National Park

• View some wildlife as the sun rises early in the morning, then head back to the lodge or hotel for breakfast.
• Continue with a full-day game drive after breakfast.
• Take an afternoon break to enjoy lunch in the park.
• Dinner and overnight accommodations will be in a hotel or lodge in Mikumi National Park.

Day 4: Transfer To Ruaha National Park

• Drive to Ruaha National Park after breakfast, stopping for lunch along the way.
• Continue to see the park’s afternoon wildlife till evening.
• At the lodge/hotel in the park, we’ll have dinner and spend the night.

Day 5: Full Day Game Drive In Ruaha National Park

• Have a full day of game viewing in the park the following morning after breakfast.
• Numerous hippos and crocodiles can be seen in the fascinating Great Ruaha River.
• Lunch will be served on route as you continue your afternoon game drive in Ruaha.
• We’ll be staying at the hotel or lodge in Ruaha Park for dinner and the night.

Day 6: Transfer To Udzungwa Mountain National Park

• Ruaha National Park’s early-morning sunrise game viewing
• After breakfast, drive to Udzungwa Mountain National Park from the lodge or hotel
• Take a short break before lunch, which is scheduled to be served at Udzungwe Mountain National Park in the late afternoon.
• Drive a game vehicle in the afternoon at Udzungwe.
• The area near Udzungwa will have hotels or lodges where you can have dinner and spend the night.

Day 7: Depart To Dar Es Salaam

• A morning game drive in Udzungwe can be enjoyed after breakfast.
• Then, after lunch, travel back to Dar es Salaam.
• In the afternoon, return to the lodge/hotel for lunch.
• At your favorite hotel or lodge in Dar es Salaam, have dinner and spend the night.
